Emmett is a research technician at Dr. Rebecca Shansky’s Laboratory of Neuroanatomy and Behavior. They hold a BS in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University with a minor in Data Science. Their current research focuses on circuit-level differences between male and female rodent brains and the effects of those differences on how we react to fearful stimuli. They also enjoy cooking, hiking, competitive and non-competitive sports, anime, books, improv comedy, the inherent absurdity of existence, and Dungeons and Dragons.
