About Ashley Manley
Ashley is a third-year Ph.D. student working under the guidance of Dr. Susanne Jaeggi and Dr. Aaron Seitz. She passionately explores the fascinating realms of cognitive psychology. Prior to her Ph.D. pursuit, she earned a B.A. in Child and Adolescent Development from Cal State San Marcos. Ashley’s research interests center around strength-based approaches tailored to neurodivergent populations. Her work delves into improving cognitive outcomes through cutting-edge technology, with a current focus on gamifying cognitive training for adolescents with ADHD. She is also utilizing EEG to uncover biomarkers in ADHD, aiming to better understand and enhance cognitive interventions. Through her diligent efforts, she aspires to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those with unique cognitive profiles.
