Stefanie Tignor, a fourth year PhD student in our department, working with Prof. Randy Colvin, has accepted a summer internship at Google, in Mountain View, California. Stefanie was selected from a large pool of candidates as this summer’s sole PhD intern in the PiLab, a division of the People Analytics Team. This group conducts longitudinal research within Google with the goal of increasing employee well-being, productivity, and happiness.
