Professors Lisa Feldman Barrett and David DeSteno featured in News@Northeastern

Recently, both Professors Lisa Feldman Barrett and David DeSteno were featured in News@Northeastern offering advice for the holiday season.

Prof. Barrett speaks about managing stress during the holiday season, staying healthy during dark days, and ways to manage your “body budget” and in turn, your emotions.  She says, “Even on the grayest day, you can find some­thing that will inspire a sense of beauty or awe.
