Hannover Exchange Program provides students with international laboratory experiences

The Hannover Exchange Program has provided opportunities for international experiential learning for 30 years. Thanks to grant support from the German Academic Exchange Service, this long running program sends German Master's students to Boston to work in Northeastern labs, as well as sends Northeastern undergraduate co-op students to work in labs at the Leibniz University of Hannover.

Northeastern Translational Vision Lab’s to collaborate with Boston Museum of Science

Dylan Rose, a graduate student in Psychology Professor Peter Bex's lab, is studying eye movement biometrics, connecting eye movement behavior and visual attention to both ophthalmological and neurobiological problems. Bex's Translational Vison Lab will be teaming up with the Museum of Science's Living Laboratory, a research program at the museum that brings visitors and scientists together to learn about science while conducting research.

Northeastern Psychology Professor to meet with the Dalai Lama to share her research

Northeastern Psychology Professor Rebecca Shansky will head to Gaborone, Botswana this August to partake in the Dialogue with the Dalai Lama, hosted by the Mind and Life Institute. She will share her research on the brain's response to stress and trauma on stage with other neuroscientists, activists, and scholars.
