The department hosted a two day conference on Indo-US academic collaborations in July. Attended by over 100 delegates from Indian Universities, including vice-chancellors of no less than fifteen, the event was opened with remarks from Provost Director. Lecture and breakout sessions facilitated discussions on how Northeastern’s co-op model may benefit Indian universities, and mechanisms for global research collaborations. A keynote lecture was given by Marinda Wu, president of the American Chemical Society.
