Earlier this month, the Bridge to Calculus Program in collaboration with the Department of Mathematics, held their annual outreach event for high school students, Calculus Field Day.

Over 100 students from several Boston public high schools came to compete in teams of three on multiple different calculus exams at different levels to win awards. Created and graded by Northeastern faculty members and students and modeled like a sports competition, the exams and the day of events gave high school students a chance to experience a college campus and share their passions and excitement for math.
