As a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Biopharmaceutical Analysis Training Laboratory, Anantdeep Kaur works in proteomics, biopharmaceutical analysis and applying biotechnology and nanotechnology to develop novel therapeutics and biomedical applications. She brings over eight years of research experience in nanobiotechnology, molecular biology, biochemistry and was granted the US patent (Patent No. US 11459406 B2) for developing a novel nanoparticle based Celiac Diagnostic Saliva assay.
Kaur obtained clinical research experience by working with clinicians of the prestigious Walter and Eliza Hall Institute, Melbourne, Australia. She is experienced and trained in FDA Quality System Regulation (21 CFR Part 820) for medical devices as well as in Verification and Validation (V&V) medical device testing. Additionally, Kaur has experience working in a biotechnology start-up, wherein she planned research design and development, developed strategic plans, and monitoring expenditures. She has taught biotechnology courses and has developed and delivered practical classes and course materials in various fields of biology.
