About Rachael DuBrul

Rachael DuBrul is a Master’s Student in the Environmental Science and Policy Program. She received her BS in Biological Sciences from the University of Vermont in Burlington, VT. Her professional career has focused on research of native plants and animals, and educating the public regarding the vulnerability of these species. Throughout her undergrad experience, she has had the opportunity to work alongside other graduate students and professionals. Here at Northeastern, she is collaborating with the Marine and Science Center in order to determine the negative effects of climate change on coastal marine life in Boston, and what can be done to reduce these impacts. She is also currently working at the New England Aquarium, and hopes to continue using the Aquarium as a resource in the future.
