Psychedelic Club

We are a forum for the Northeastern community to discuss psychedelics and consciousness research through a myriad of perspectives such as psychology, criminal justice, religion, and art. A typical meeting includes discussion around current psychedelic news, forums around specific types of psychedelics, and harm reduction training.

Psychology and The Other (PATO)

We are a Boston-based group delving into the humanities side of psychological research at an R1 university. Our current focuses include the work of Dante, the idea of the alien and uncanny, and spiritual direction–and how these all relate to psychology and mental health. The Psychology and the Other conferences are a matrix of psychology, philosophy, theology, and psychoanalysis.

Art of Science NU

Sometimes taking images for research isn’t just for the sake of data–cells, structures, and anything else can have their own beauty when captured on a screen. Great shots of research (or experimental mistakes that just looked cool), are showcased through the Art of Science competition. Our contest occurs annually in the spring and provides undergraduate and graduate students conducting research a unique opportunity to showcase their work. Students can submit an image and a description that speaks to the research they are conducting. All images and descriptions are judged by a panel of experts from across the Northeastern University campus. Top images are printed and displayed, with cash prizes awarded to top entries.
