Sarah Peacock received the PhD in Integrative Anatomy from the University of Missouri School of Medicine, during which she studied the impact of artificial light on bone growth and phenotype via melatonin signaling. Dr. Peacock is instrumental in running the Anatomy & Physiology I and II courses and promotes community science outreach as the coordinator for the Biology elective of the Bridge to Science summer program.
