Catherine Cosgrove received her MEd in Counseling and Higher Education from Bridgewater State University. She helps undergraduates in biology and cell and molecular biology explore careers and find purpose, all while incorporating mindset, motivation and accomplishment concepts to reduce student stress. Ms. Cosgrove stays up to date on current professional topics through conferences and consortiums and integrates real-world topics such as diversity in the workplace and responsible use of AI in the job search.
