Zoe works closely with the Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs, the ADVANCE Office for Faculty Development and the Office of the Provost to advance faculty engagement and support initiatives related to faculty mentoring, orientation, recruitment, appointments, tenure, promotion, and professional development. She is a good first stop for faculty looking for resources or support in COS.
