Tracy has spent her entire career in higher education. Prior to immigrating to the US, she taught management-related courses at Hebei University in China. Since 2007, Tracy has worked at several academic institutions in the Boston area, including spending 12 years at Harvard and MIT. Her professional experience includes launching new initiatives, global program portfolio management, operations management, and international partnership development. In her Assistant Dean’s role at Northeastern College of Science (COS), Tracy provides strategic leadership to professional programs’ operations and student services to advance COS’s mission of graduate education. Tracy has a bachelor’s degree in Management, a master’s degree in Intercultural Relations, an MBA from Boston University, and an Ed.D. from Northeastern University.
