Tim Dransfield received his PhD in Physical Chemistry from Harvard University, where he studied atmospheric chemistry by blending computational chemistry with gas-phase kinetics. At Northeastern, Dr. Dransfield excels at working with maturing learners who may be struggling with the rigor of their first college STEM course, demonstrated by twice receiving the Outstanding Teacher of First-Year Engineering Students awarded by the University College of Engineering.
