Roy Schifilliti joined the College of Science as interim Associate Dean for Administration and Finance in 2026, bringing over 30 years of experience directing college operations and finance. At Northeastern’s Bouvé College of Health Sciences, Dr. Schilfilliti leads fiscal, administrative, and enrollment operations while providing strategic direction for growth and improvement across the university’s global campus. At the College of Science, he will oversee operations in finance, pre- and post-award administration, space planning, and faculty affairs administration.
Prior to Northeastern, Dr. Schilfilliti held senior leadership roles at several Boston-area colleges including Laboure College, Wheelock College, where he led institutional rebranding, technology upgrades, and infrastructure improvements, and Simmons University, where he oversaw core business operations and reinforced the institution’s commitment to diversity. Additionally, he brings experience in leading institutional research and managing key departments including Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities, and Security.
