Miten Jain is an assistant professor jointly appointed in the Department of Physics and Department of Bioengineering. His research areas include nanopore technology, single-cell techniques, and computational biology. Professor Jain received the PhD in Bioinformatics and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of California-Santa Cruz.
