Carla Staton earned the PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Staton is passionate about teaching and mentoring and is actively involved in STEM outreach. As an educator she focuses on creating an open and inclusive learning environment while employing research-backed teaching methods.
