Benjamin Woolston’s research is focused on metabolic engineering and synthetic biology for sustainable biochemical production and human health. He is an associate professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering in the College of Engineering and an affiliated professor in the Department of Bioengineering and Department of Chemical and Chemical Biology.
Dr. Woolston received his PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and earned his BSc in Chemical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
