    Tovah Day is the Director of Graduate Studies in the Department of Biology. The Day Lab investigates the molecular role of G-quadruplex DNA in genome stability and human disease, focusing on mammalian telomeres and the alternative telomere maintenance mechanisms activated in cancer. Using biochemistry, genetics, and computational biology, Dr. Day’s research aims to leverage this understanding of G-quadruplex biology to design therapeutic strategies for malignant disease.
