Emma Tinney is from Naperville, IL and graduated from University of Delaware in 2021 with a BS in neuroscience, where she was also the captain of the D1 swim team. Her undergraduate research involved studying the effects of mild cognitive impairment using magnetic resonance elastography. Tinney now is studying the effects of modifiable lifestyle behaviors on the brain in traumatic brain injury.
