Science Connects to Innovation
The Science Connects to Innovation Program empowers undergraduate students in the sciences to develop entrepreneurial enterprises to devise solutions that can go anywhere – providing cleaner energy, eco-friendly pesticides, possible new anticancer compounds, sustainable foods, or fabricating high-tech assistive devices.


Ramp Up
Ramp Up courses are preparatory online summer courses that help incoming first-year students strengthen their grasp of essential concepts in biology, chemistry, physics, and mathematics before they tackle more advanced coursework.

NU Global Health Initiative
Northeastern University Global Health Initiative (NUGHI) is an on-campus club dedicated to spreading awareness about the importance of global health to the undergraduate community and beyond. In 2018, NUGHI spearheaded the first student-led global health conference on Northeastern’s campus. To date, NUGHI has held two undergraduate run global health conferences featuring world-renowned health experts, educational workshops, and poster sessions. The annual conferences allow students to establish new connections and effectively communicate with healthcare researchers and professionals.

Psychology and The Other (PATO)
We are a Boston-based group delving into the humanities side of psychological research at an R1 university. Our current focuses include the work of Dante, the idea of the alien and uncanny, and spiritual direction–and how these all relate to psychology and mental health. The Psychology and the Other conferences are a matrix of psychology, philosophy, theology, and psychoanalysis.

Psi Chi
Psi Chi is an international honor society whose purpose shall be to encourage, stimulate, and maintain excellence in scholarship of the individual members in all fields, particularly in psychology, and to advance the science of psychology. It will provide educational events that will benefit the university and community such as mental health awareness, APA workshops, extra academic support, bullying awareness, suicide awareness, community service, etc.

Psychedelic Club
We are a forum for the Northeastern community to discuss psychedelics and consciousness research through a myriad of perspectives such as psychology, criminal justice, religion, and art. A typical meeting includes discussion around current psychedelic news, forums around specific types of psychedelics, and harm reduction training.

NU RedCross
The Red Cross Club at Northeastern works to uphold the principles of the American Red Cross and the Global Red Cross Network. We pursue this through fundraising for disaster relief and specific initiatives, volunteering in the Boston community, organizing blood drives, providing opportunities for CPR and first-aid trainings, and more. Science Book Club
The Science Book Club’s purpose is to spark conversation amongst students by discussing and analyzing fun scientific novels. We will primarily read non-fiction books that have to do with the sciences. We will also have volunteering events and movie/ activity nights apart from reading discussions!
