Valerie Hower received the PhD in Mathematics from the University of Georgia. She has taught Calculus I, II for Science and Engineering, Introduction to Mathematical Reasoning, Linear Algebra and Statistics for Bioinformatics. In addition to teaching, Dr. Hower has developed innovative curricula for multiple departments and has served on numerous committees including the TA Training Committee and Academic Appeals Committee.
