An efficient platform for antibiotic discovery 

The goal of this project is to develop an effective platform for discovering new antibiotics. The platform is based on a combination of two technological innovations – growing previously uncultured bacteria and screening them for antibiotics by encapsulating single cells of producing bacteria in microdroplets with reporters.
