Dan Distel, executive director of Ocean Genome Legacy, is a co-author on a recently published article about shipworms.
OGL recently joined Northeastern University and the Marine Science Center in Nahant. There the team continues to build its publicly accessible biorepository of DNA samples from ocean species.
