The American Chemical Society (ACS) student chapter at Northeastern University has been selected to receive a Green Chemistry Award for its activities conducted during the 2013-14 academic year. Over 134 reports were submitted, and our chapter was one of only 97 chapters who received the honor.

The list of award-winning chapters will be published in Chemical & Engineering News, the November/December issue of inChemistry, the student member magazine, and in the ACS Green Chemistry Institute’s e-newsletter, The Nexus. The NU chapter will also be honored at the 249th ACS National Meeting in Denver, CO on Sunday, March 22, 2015.
