Biology Graduate Colloquium

2016 Annual Biology Graduate Colloquium

The annual biology graduate colloquium took place on the 18th and 19th of May this year. The two-day event ended with a cookout.

Our graduate students are required to hone their research presentation skills to help prepare them for careers as scientists. This annual colloquium allows students to present amongst fellow students, faculty members, and researchers. Our students also:

  1. Present at National and International Meetings;
  2. Publish as first authors in peer-reviewed journals;
  3. Participate in grant attainment;
  4. Mentor undergraduate students.

We love Science and we give our students a full understanding of what it means to be a Biologist! Learn more about Graduate studies in Biology at Northeastern: https://cos.northeastern.edu//biology/graduate/
