Amanda Dwyer Awarded Knauss Fellowship

MSC PhD candidate Amanda Dwyer of the Patterson Lab has been awarded the prestigious NOAA/SeaGrant Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship. By participating in the fellowship, Amanda will have the opportunity to apply her expertise in the policy realm, working in Washington D.C. for one year in a government office. Amanda follows in the recent footsteps of three other MSC graduates who have participated in the fellowship over the past three years, demonstrating that our graduates leave the Marine Science Center ready to contribute their skills to pressing issues related to conserving and managing our marine resources.
We are excited to see all that Amanda accomplishes in her fellowship. Congratulations Amanda!
