Professor Derek Isaacowitz was named as the new editor-in-chief for the Journal of Gerontology, Series B: Psychological Sciences and Social Sciences.

Thirty students took part in NU-CD4. The course focused on the drug development process and gave the students the opportunity both to visit world-leading institutions in pharmaceutical research and manufacturing and conduct a research project focusing on identifying problems with existing drugs and developing novel remedies for those problems.

Physics and mechanical engineering major Rachael Tompa wants to be an astronaut. She chose Northeastern because of its co-op program which led to her experiential learning opportunity at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in California. Her next stop? Probably the International Space Station.
