The 11th International Retroviral Nucleocapsid and Assembly Symposium (IRNCAS)

August 15-17, 2019

East Village 17th floor, Northeastern University, Boston, MA

Welcome to the 11th IRNCAS in Boston

The goal of the meeting is to discuss retroviral replication and assembly, focusing on the roles of nucleocapsid and Gag proteins in these processes, as well as interactions with cellular factors. These interactions are addressed with a wide range of interdisciplinary methods, and the conference facilitates interactions between experts in a variety of methods, furthering research through networking and collaboration.

The primary topics covered in the meeting include:

Biophysical and structural studies
Gag, NC and RNA
Gag, NC, and membranes
Interactions with cellular factors
Immature virus assembly and budding
Therapeutic strategies
