EDIJ Perspectives in Science to spotlight researchers contributing to the fields of diversity,
equity, inclusion, and justice, with funding from Northeastern COS Equity Action Fund. Dr.
Tracy Robinson-Wood and her intersectionality research team have examined
microaggressions among BIPOC and White people who identify as LGBTQ, racial
socialization among adult people who identify as biracial and multiracial, Black college
women’s friendships, and police-civilian interactions. She is co-author of, SisterResisters:
