This hands-on workshop at PTI provides a primer and an overview of current trends in single-cell mass spectrometry-based proteomics. Participants will be guided through the entire workflow, from biological sample preparation using nPOP to mass spectrometry data acquisition and analysis. The workshop includes both formal and informal discussions, offering ample opportunities for interaction with experts and peers.
